As director of behavior & training at Instinct, I am responsible for overseeing a team of 7 trainers and ensuring that training programs are progressing and client communication is handled empathetically and clearly. I manage the administration of board and train programs and use several different online platforms to assign, track, and manage the training team. I also maintain my own clients and conduct consultations for incoming clients.

Teach AKC Canine Good Citizen Classes and various Family Manners classes helping people teach foundation behaviors to their dogs and understand how to best facilitate effective communication using positive reinforcement.

Edits items for professional certification and licensing exams. Specializes in scientific and medical fields. Manages data base of items and statistics, knowledgeable in psychometric approaches to exam creation.
