My key achievements in this role to date include: • Acquisition champion – Became a lead expert for UKI after the Danaher acquisition. Designed user guides and customer facing document templates for CS teams, provided online training for team members on process updates due to the legal entity changeover. Performed audits on orders to build rigor and identify training needs within the team. • Became a coach for OM at the end of Q4 2018. Proactively designed and implemented a coaching plan for the IRE/DIST/BNL/NO team to improve KPI of total observed. Started at 54% complete and within 5 months achieved 100% complete. Supported other coaches, and provided classroom training on using the competency standards dashboard, and coached a number of CS coaches on how to interpret data and use it to their advantage. • Constrained items – managed multiple customer accounts with tight deadlines. Proactively stepping in to cover the distribution planners and modality leads due to workload capacity constraints to ensure we avoid a customer shutdown scenario. Became first point of contact with UKI for constrained item escalations. Triaged escalations to reduce workload for modality leaders. Those escalations which were invalid, I then coached team members on priority process and how to interpret data in W2W tool to avoid unnecessary escalations in the future and for CS teams to be more self-sufficient. • Service and Validation project – led a project with the service and process excellence teams to find a solution for aged backlog for service lines. Designed and implement a process, presented to key stakeholders and obtained full support. Proactively designed a process reminder to be sent to CS teams and worked with the L&D team to roll this out.

This was for reducing disputes for Q2 2018 to $68k with 20 disputes remaining open. This resulted in an improved overall cash position for Cytiva.• Drove and shared best practice across the dispute champions and became established as the main go-to champion for EMEA. Supported all EMEA teams with solving disputes. Coached 5 new dispute champions. Resulted in reduction of disputed invoices across the EMEA region from $10m USD, to $50k USD.• Received horizontal collaboration award in both Q1 and Q2 2018 from SLT for securing large order revenue at the end of quarter.
