Hi, a little about me:I love building things (products, teams, careers, companies) and sustaining teams. My experience at Meta (Facebook) includes helping build the Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp businesses from 0 to revenue. I built a net new small business product marketing team and function, worked as a communications leader for our top clients and executives and am really good at Operations - finding broken pieces within the ways we work and making the team better.     Instagram Product Marketing (We called ourselves Brand Development Leads)I joined the Instagram business team when there was only a handful of people working on the team, we had no revenue, we tracked active campaigns on a whiteboard and Kevin Systrom approved every creative campaign via a print out we would put on his desk. I was part of a small, core team that built Instagram advertising from four campaigns to over one million active advertisers. In this role, I helped launch Instagram’s ads product offerings, including developing pricing, creating marketing, internal Sales training, and alpha and beta testing. Represented (usually through speaking engagements) Instagram business externally at large events (Cannes, AdWeek, and CES), C-level meetings with large companies and agencies, and external trainings in the US, EMEA, and Australia.Helped to launch Instagram advertising in Australia, across Europe. MessagingAfter supporting Instagram, my dream was to continue working on start up's within Facebook. When Instagram launched on the ads auction I transitioned to focus first on Messenger, the first PMM to partner and help build out monetization from my org. I went on to lead product marketing efforts for Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram Direct, using the same playbook we used from Instagram to established structure, support, and prioritization process for go-to-market efforts, including internal communications, case studies, strategic partnerships, and internal inter-team collaboration.As a part of this work, I developed process to channel market feedback into product development inputs, shaping roadmaps.
