Leverage marketing technology platforms to enhance customer experience, provide marketing, customer and brand experience insights and analysis, ensuring the CSBP brand can maintain and grow its market position.

• Work closely with creative, media and digital agencies to create multi channel campaigns on time, in budget and on brand while consulting with internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met in a compliant and commonsense manner.• Manage the development of material for online, LAM, TV, radio, in-store and social media.• Manage websites, social media channels and promotions.• Plan and implement national and localised Facebook advertising campaigns to drive traffic to website, sales or in-store footfall.• Work closely with print contractor to ensure 151 store locations across Australia receive timely promotional material/items.• DM campaign management including design of monthly e-newsletters to various customer segments plus targeted campaigns to promote customer retention and repeat business.• Manage marketing databases to ensure compliant, relevant communications are sent to stakeholders
