Current• Plan, develop and conceptualise events to evoke greater interest and understanding about mental wellness and conditions among the general public to reduce stigma • Devise, prepare and lead team on study trip to study overseas best practices in community based care services • Conceptualise and drive outreach and communication plans to increase mental health awareness and create a support network in the community.• Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders such as VWOs, service partners and government agencies to reach out to residents to increase awareness and provide support mental health needs in the community.• Recruit and collaborate with corporates in mental health initiatives • Engage schools and youth groups in inter-generational programme to support seniors in the community.Key Achievements• Led 13 partners and AIC workgroup of eight members in organising the World Mental Health Day “Walk with Us • Stamp out Stigma” event on 8 October 2016 at *SCAPE. The event attracted more than 1,000 participants and over 90% of those who provided their feedback expressed that they are have a better understanding about mental health conditions and are more willingness to support people with mental health conditions. • Co-developed the inter-generational programme, Youth Hope to raise dementia awareness among youth and cultivate a sense of empathy and respect towards seniors• Led a team of eight, consisting of funders from Tote Board, Ministry of Health Holdings and VWOs on Japan study trip in April 2017 to learn community based dementia care services.• Conducted landscape analysis and developed the divisional communication strategy for 2017• Conceptualised outline and content for quarterly community mental health newsletter, Mind Matters, circulated to VWOs, community and social service partners.• Led 24 partners in organising the World Mental Health Day - Voice Out! concert on 7 October 2017 at Singapore Botanic Gardens
