Accelerating GCP UI development

Engineering Residency is Google’s year-long residency program that provides recent graduates with 2 months of focused training in Google technologies and workflows, followed by rotations on Engineering teams.Rotation 1: I worked on the Display and Video 360 YouTube Team and implemented the server-side Java logic and Angular UI component for a new feature.Rotation 2: I worked within YouTube Ads to design, develop, and launch a new feature through which users could periodically update the demographics information we retain about them to ensure accurate user data is being tracked while they participate in our user panels.

• Lead a crash course on the 3DS process for starting a company• Interview and evaluate potential participants ranging from college freshmen to young professionals• Manage the recruitment team throughout the semester leading up to the event

• Developed this WordPress blog using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Genesis Framework• Attained 200k+ monthly pageviews• Collaborated with brands including Target, Paypal, Evernote, and Office Depot on sponsored content• Offer college, lifestyle, and blogging advice to young women

• Managed daily operations of a fireworks stand including its inventory and finances• Trained new employees

• Created detailed test plans for walking through the application’s UI• Identified bugs quickly and communicated them to the developer• Collaborated with the team on improving the application and introduced potential features
