In order to achieve successful outcomes, you must first understand what you are trying to accomplish. Collaboration, partnership, teamwork, sacrifice and a “servant mentality” to always remain committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction are all the intangibles that I’ve continued to personally develop in order to provide great outcomes in the workplace. During my career I have had opportunities to wear many hats that have helped me to further develop my skills as a Leader and a Manager.
