My career has been shaped by my passion for providing nonprofits, arts and culture organizations and educational institutions with the strategic coherence, mission alignment, compelling branding and communications, sustainability, and operational efficacy to advance their respective missions. Over the last 10+ years, I have specialized in organizational transformation, and been valued for my ability to develop and maintain inclusive environments, execute engaging fundraising strategies, and collaborate with myriad audiences for positive social change, community-based storytelling and values-aligned influence.As Executive Director at Cambridge Community Television (CCTV), I led its comprehensive brand alignment, team restructuring, and outreach remodeling projects, all with the goal of establishing the center as an inclusive, modern, and anti-racist organization. I also taught leadership and management courses at Endicott College, building the future’s leaders through a collaborative and contemporary learning environment.Engaged in leadership in both theory and practice and adept at leading high-functioning teams, I'm creating healthy community collaborations with an ethic of care and a focus on healthy reciprocal relationships.
