Administration of IM and subcutaneous injections, monitoring of BP, assisting in surgical procedures including the Pollock technique for Circumcisions and Vasectomies, teaching of proper autoclaving techniques. Ensuring successful hiring of replacement staff, scheduling of staff and physicians, ensuring coverage for sick time and vacation, signing up for all physicians on PIP and eHR along with staff PHRS, booking of pharmaceutical and outside training for all physicians, ensuring all referrals, chart transfers and forms are out in a timely matter. Ordering of supplies on a monthly basis, ensuring proper cleaning protocols and shut down of clinic nightly is followed. following up on all patient complaints and ensuring all followup requests physicians flag are done including urgent requests.
