As a mass claims and settlement administration attorney, my goal is to create process efficiencies that ensure claimants reach resolution as quickly as possible. Most recently, I have been working with the PG&E Fire Victim Trust to ensure BrownGreer executes a successful program for 70,000 fire survivors affected by the 2015 Butte, 2017 North Bay, and 2018 Camp Fires. I’ve also worked on several medical device and pharmaceutical settlements, designing customize databases, overseeing claims review and payment processes, and managing confidentiality, conflicts analysis, bankruptcy, and probate handling.Ensuring people don’t get lost in the process has been a cornerstone of my career. Before law school, I trained and supervised court-appointed volunteer advocates serving abused and neglected youth as a case manager at Richmond Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). I expanded these skills as a student attorney in Suffolk’s Child Advocacy Clinic and have continued working with child advocacy organizations after graduating, having served in volunteer and board roles with Richmond CASA, Henrico CASA, and Greater Richmond SCAN. In addition to my personal community engagement, I also serve as BrownGreer's Pro Bono Coordinator and on the firm's Philanthropy Committee.
Listed skills include Leadership, Administrative Law, Litigation, Public Speaking, and 36 others.
