As a Store Manager, I focused on driving and delivering sales targets and labour budgets. Delivering the highest level of customer service and product standards was the priority in driving the business. I have had great opportunity to work in multiple Starbucks International markets.My strengths are in recruitment, development, people management, controlled P&L and showcasing/leading company strategic and product launches.

As Regional Coffee Ambassador I worked with +125 locations to deliver coffee education in addition to focusing on beverage development and operations. In the role I was involved in Public Affairs activities, Community Projects, new store openings and lead major promotional roll outs internally and externally.In October 2010 I was one of 5 partners from the UK invited on the Origin Experience Program to Tanzania where we learned first hand about the "bean to cup" experience.

For 9 weeks I was stationed in Mumbai to support the operations of opening the first Starbucks stores in India. My primary position was to help develop the operations of the business and deliver the Starbucks experience to customers and team members. I ensured staff were delivering product standards and was an on-shift trainer for new baristas entering the business as well as mentoring new trainers in their role. In addition to operations, I trained and prepared the Delhi team to open their first stores.

In this role I served as a representative who looked after the interests of the London Northwest Region partners and liaised between them and the vice presidents of the company. I was an elected member of the European Works Council who works with the executives of the EMEA markets to raise trans-national trends amongst the European Union markets.
