As the Training and Development Director at an environmental consulting firm, I play a key role in building our first Training & Development team, including collaborating with senior leadership to develop and refine the leadership skills of our supervisors. My daily work involves supporting colleagues in their talent acquisition career journeys and helping them pursue their individual professional goals.Interacting with diverse individuals energizes me and provides the purpose that fuels my passion for human resources.
