In this position, I have the opportunity to manage and support Trihydro’s onboarding and orientation program, internship program, supervisor training and development, career fair attendance, and specific community outreach initiatives surrounding recruiting. I also work closely with our Marketing department to support talent acquisition needs with social media, internal marketing campaigns, etc.. This position also allows me to recruit for specific positions across our offices and work with hiring teams in various disciplines. This involves both passive and active recruiting methods. As for the fun side, this position allows me to be actively involved in multiple employee-led committees, and to assist with organizing company events, such as our Annual Employee Giving Campaign.Accomplishments in this role include coordinating Trihydro's first educational endowment with the University of Wyoming, and instituting/coordinating a companywide supervisor training program in partnership with the COO and HR Director.

Process monthly billing of company equipment and fleet vehicles. Proficient user of various client accounting systems. Coordinate with project managers regarding contracts, change orders and schedule of charges, to maintain a current and updated project status.
