Managed and implemented programs that created meaningful value for members and met organization recruitment and retention goals. Oversaw the growth and development of the state chapter program, adding five new affiliated chapters during my tenure. Streamlined the volunteer appointment process and developed a Committee Chair Orientation. Served as team leader for the development and launch of a new online marketplace.

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all component societies of the Pennsylvania Dental Association and serving as a clearinghouse of information, benefits, programs and services. Assist the component societies with establishing short and long-range goals that support the Pennsylvania Dental Association strategic plan as well as developing and implementing membership recruitment and retention activities. Provide evaluation to each component society and recommend changes as appropriate to services, programs, website, and dues structure.

Responsible for coordinating and planning all outreach to Pennsylvania dental students and new dentists. Served as staff liaison to the New Dentist Committee. Processed membership applications, waiver requests, retirement affidavits, and placement service forms. Updated and maintained an accurate membership database.

Summer Events and Special Programs DepartmentScheduled and organized all on-campus conventions, meetings and special events.Coordinated with various campus departments to ensure all on campus guests needs were met including security, food and beverage, hospitality and audio/visual.Hired, trained, scheduled and managed a staff of ten.
