There are two groups of students:1. VWO+ students who will attend the final examination. They learn Chinese language and culture deeply in several years. 2. Talented grade 7 students from primary school get Chinese lessons as a challenge from Zwijsen College.

Main Responsibilities for College Counsellor:1. Work with students to prepare them for study abroad for their Bachelor degree;2. Guide the students and parents through the college application and visa application process;3. Coordinate with the expat teachers for the students’ recommendation letters;4. Responsible for the registration and arrangement of the relevant admission exams including TOEFL, IELTS, STEP, TSA, etc. 5. Organize and accompany the students to attend the SAT exam in Hong Kong;6.Participate in the school’s annual new student recruitment.Main Responsibilities for Centre Coordinator:1. Organize the international Cambridge A Level Exam twice a year. Go through the whole process to make sure every step meets the CIE's requirements. Ensure all the necessary documents are received on time. Discuss with the school the examination facilities. Coordinate the seating plan and the examination hall arrangement. Deliver the papers and post them according to the policy. Get the results online and make sure all the certifications are correct. 2. Assist the centre principal in working with the team of expat teachers.3. Help the new teachers get the Visa Notification, Work Permit and Residence Permit. Help the present teachers renew the Residence Permit every year. 4. Communicate with the school about financial issues including the teacher's reimbursement, tax, allowance, etc.

Summary: During this period, I got countless letters of appreciation from tourist customers. They all praised my organising skills, people skills, knowledge about China, language proficiency, flexibility, etc. A lot of them remain very close friends and always ask about my availability as a guide when they returned to China or their friends & relatives are going China. I have served many of them more than once.Responsibilities:1. Pick up the clients from the inbound city like Beijing, Shanghai and Kunming.2. Arrange the meals, transportation, sightseeing, living, shopping and entertainment in all the destinations of the tour.3. Deal with any emergencies including lost passport, illness, even death.4. Do whatever it takes to ensure clients are happy and have an unforgettable China Experience.
