· Managed and led execution of all projects within the Asset Knowledge Business Area (comprising of over 90 employees) including MAOP Reconfirmation, Material Verification, Regulator Station reviews and validation, standards review, and Electric Transmission component reviews.

· Supervised 20+ engineers including handling employee matters, coaching and training, and scheduling out of assignments· Ensure key deadlines are understood and met with the highest quality product · Aided in onboarding of over 50 employees of varying positions including phone screenings, interviews, and offers

· Program managed multi-year project (total magnitude of approximately $20M and growing) including all budget and change order analysis, client interactions and management, issues resolution and mitigation, and overall scope change and tracking · Program start up lead for new Regulator Station Project consisting of scope · Developed foundational items that were instrumental in the startup a multi-year MAOP Validation project; including build processes, issues resolution & tracking, and quality assurance and control plans· Maintained schedule, scope, and budget of over 2600 miles and 600 stations including records review, build, on site field visits and travel, and downstream issues resolution and mitigation

· Assisted the Chief Operating Officer on all operational company items including; contract development, monthly revenue & profit reports, coordination of senior leadership meetings and downstream actions, and overall day to day operational administrative items.· Coordinated with varying workstreams of the company to ensure project schedule goals are being met and deliverables are going out with robust quality checks

· Led the implementation of the MAOP Validation program for a company including; sorting and reviewing records, digitizing, and engineering review and creation of PFLs of 64 miles of high pressure distribution mains · Performed Quality Control review of engineering technical reports that detailed the findings and recommended solutions for features that were not validated on a pipeline segment · Led a team of engineers to reach weekly MAOP validation goals to achieve the client’s long-term plan including strength test data validations, taps data validation, and overall engineering research · Validated the MAOP of over 1,700 separate short sections of pipeline and reviewed findings in weekly engineering project meetings with the client· Performed a Quality Control review of all project narratives for the Client’s Work Paper Filing· Identified pipeline sections that likely contained manufacturing, fabrication, construction, corrosion, and latent mechanical damage threats and recommended whether sections of pipe should be replaced, or strength tested based upon the identified threats · Researched and cleared with valid documentation and strength tests over 80% of the Integrity Management flagged routes that had an identified manufacturing threat
