Jessica is a Solution Architect with deep roots in ERP implementation. That experience helped Jessica develop a broad, objective view of how technology enables an entire business, not just a piece of it. She also spent years in business process analysis and design with clients, gaining valuable perspective about "business first, technology second" approaches to enabling business capabilities. Though working with "pre-packaged" ERP software, Jessica frequently collaborated with her clients on build/buy/reuse analysis to determine which business capabilities should be realized in ERP software or instead be integrated.Jessica prides herself in her ability to communicate at all levels of an organization, from the shop floor to the C-suite. Spending nearly 15 years in consulting resulted in an adaptable style, flexing to the needs of any customer, business problem or situation. Whether it's garnering consensus amongst opposing actors or driving strategic direction at the executive level, Jessica shoots straight and respectfully tells it like it is.Today, Jessica enjoys Solution Architecture both within and without the ERP world, architecting business unit and enterprise solutions. She relishes the challenge of being an agent of change to help enable rapid growth.
