We solve the world's most complex problems with our disruptive technology. CTC (Calamp Telematics Cloud) was used as the technology to power Amazon's consumer delivery functionality. As a vital part of the technology sales team working directly with large and enterprise companies, I used my project management skills to communicate with multiple departments and implement solutions. My role was to understand the needs of the customer and ensure value of the technology. My strong technical skills along with building relationships internally and externally helped me to become the #1 account manager for 4 years in a row.

As an Information Technology Specialist, I provided technical pre-sales and post-sales support for the entire IBM Collaborations Suite. My specialty was businesses analysis, project management, gathering requirements, and QA testing. I built forms with IBM Forms Software and customized demonstrations with Websphere Portal. I assisted with Proof of Concept and Proof of Technology Events. Installation of software, imaging computers, and implementing solutions were also apart of my role.

IBM is one of the largest technology and services companies in the world. Innovation and disruptive technology are at the forefront of everything we do. As a software engineer, I used Java scripting to build Virtual Portal test scripts for Websphere Portal. I performed QA testing as well as configured and installed software for enterprise customers.
