As the director of Social Operations I built and executed a business plan to introduce a social operations department to AdTaxi Networks, Digital First Media, and our Alliance partners. I assembled, trained, and led a team of experienced social media professionals to launch this department. The role of AdTaxi's Social Operations Department is to fulfill the social marketing needs of our advertising clients across top social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Foursquare and others. To launch and introduce this team, I developed new social marketing and advertising strategies for clients that span a wide range in size and profitability, and turned strategies into a sellable product, and ultimately, company-wide revenue stream leveraging a vast set of social platforms and tools.Digital First Media is comprised of over 80 news publications and online websites under Media News Group and the Journal Register Company. I oversee all of Digital First Media's advertising clients' social media advertising and management campaigns and social media contests.

Housed in the Denver Post, my role as Social Operations Manager for Digital First Media oversees all social advertising and marketing campaigns for clients of our over 80 publications nationwide. I am responsible for building and managing Facebook Advertising campaigns for all publication properties, as well as improving and managing our existing social product offering. I develop new social strategies for advertisers and translate them into a sellable product and ultimately, revenue stream leveraging a vast set of social platforms and tools.

At YouReach Media, I worked to develop an in-depth online training for Realtors/real estate agents to help them understand the fundamental function and culture of different online social networks and using Social Media applications, networks and tools to generate traffic, increase sphere and facilitate conversion to new business.Riding at the front of the Social Media wave, conducting and developing kick-butt online training for real estate agents and Realtors nationwide, and internationally. I manage sales, operations, customer service, and stay up late at night learning everything I possibly can about social media.I've written over 350 pages of web content for our training site, accompanied with hundreds of on screen training videos. I served as Project Manager, Director of Operations, and lead trainer. In this role delivered over 150 Live Webinars as well as dozens of in-person training presentations. For Real estate agents, creating a strategy to convert social media traffic into actual business is the optimum goal.

Provided Social Media training and strategy for Real Estate Agents enrolled in YouReach Media's YouReach University.

In this position, I managed day to day responsibilities for a Real Estate office housing over 100 real estate agents, acted as a point of contact for all agents in company (over 400). A main role I was responsible for was the execution, completion, and filing of Independent contractor agreements and contracts as we signed on new agents. Additionally, I managed our President’s calender and assisted him with networking for our company. I also conducted regular training sessions on Social Media and Networking Strategies for Real Estate; specifically how to use WordPress blog platform and post content to achieve organic search engine optimization. Also trained agents in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr for basic and strategic use for business, and served as a "go-to" in our office for any and all technology questions.

Working with a team of researchers I helped update the annual NJ sustainability report. I also reported on creatively collected data for sustainability indicators in Princeton NJ and Hillsborough NJ for their municipal sustainability plans as part of the Green Future Roadmap project.
