I am part of the AI & Data department of EY, focused on project related to Data Science, Data Analytics and Data Engineering.Project 1:For the Accounting & Control department at a leading automotive company, I optimized and automized data processes using KNIME workflows. These workflows automated data extractions from diverse systems, streamlined data manipulation and report generation tasks. My responsibilities was to develop the KNIME workflows, project and stakeholder management and providing training for effective project handover.Project 2:To assess gender pay disparities at EY, I conducted a thorough analysis comparing corrected and uncorrected differences. The end results were presented to the stakeholders. The analysis was standardized to establish a sustainable model for annual use.Project 3:Responsible for the migration of ETL processes to the cloud using Azure Data Factory and Databricks. This encompassed setting up the ADF pipelines, Unity Catalog, and migrating SQL code. Moreover, I updated the dashboard for better user experience.Project 4:Collaboratively developed a decision tree model to predict customer churn for a major home furniture retailer, enabling proactive strategies to address churn and fostering increased customer loyalty and profitability.Project 5:Co-developed a dashboard to provide insights on ESG assessments by analyzing key factors influencing emissions. This dashboard is saves time performing double materiality assessment by the CCaSS team within EY.Project 6:Co-developed a time series forecasting model for a global sports brand to predict web traffic allowing the company to strategically target the market to improve visibility.Next to that, some internal team activities at EY that I have been part of consist of:- Hosting weekly internal team update meetings- Organizing quarterly team events focussed on (hard- and soft-)skills development- Investigating GenAI possibilities
