Working independently and representing the brand and this award-winning Empowerment course created by the Founder of More Positive Me CIC, I Co-Facilitate and Facilitate programmes that supports clients to move on from domestic abuse.J9 Domestic Abuse Initiative aims to raise awareness of domestic abuse and assist survivors to access support safely by training professionals and members of the community to recognise domestic abuse and respond to survivors. Once J9 trained, the J9 logo is displayed, letting survivors know that they have a safe place to access information and use a telephone to contact support services. Courses are delivered in-person at discreet venues or online.

In 2016 I developed my Freedom from Emotional Eating program. As a Hypnotherapist I was taught the Hypno Gastric Band method but I didn't think one session was enough to achieve lasting change.My program, combining techniques in conscious and unconscious mind change, has helped over 500 clients to build self-esteem, confidence, lose and maintain weight loss and new healthy habits.

Bicton College was the perfect place to explore commercial enterprise and diversification. With a grand stately home and historic parkland this FE college opened its doors to the public for annual Country Fairs, Lambing Sunday, Bonfire Night, Meetings, Conferences, Group Accommodation and Weddings. Experienced in all these areas, with a reputation for getting the job done and creating wonderful events on a shoestring I have left Bicton College to explore new possibilities.
