In my capacity as State Coordinator for Roots & Shoots Victoria, I:-Have worked with various stakeholders, including Parks Victoria and local organisations to implement conservation events, including multiple sea spurge removal events at Mud Island. - Supported the Victorian Team growth, with an increase from 8 to 35+ volunteers over the previous 12 months- Representing JGIA and Roots & Shoots Australia at the Global Roots & Shoots Coordinator Conference at Windsor Castle.

As a member of the National Youth Leadership Council (NYLC), I have worked with like-minded students currently studying and working within the environmental science, conservation and sustainability-related fields. As a member of the National Youth Leadership Council, I have;- Participated and lead weekly meetings with members from the Victorian State Team to develop environmental education programs within community groups and primary & secondary school students throughout Greater Melbourne- Participated in monthly meetings with State Coordinators from around Australia to discuss past and upcoming events in all States- Worked with various stakeholders, including Parks Victoria, the Friends of the Helmeted Honeyeaters and the Conservation Ecology Centre to plant approximately 4,000 native species in various planting days; including with the Big Otway Tree Plant & The Greening the West Intitative in Grimes Flat- Delivered environmental education workshops to various community groups, teaching others the importance of seed ball and flower pot making to revegetate local ecosystems & environments.- Delivered environmental seminars and planting days to primary and secondary students across Greater Melbourne, including during Plenty Valley Christian College's Sustainability Week & a Rewild Your School Day at Tecoma Primary School- Delivered a seminar to other members of the National Youth Leadership Council (NYLC) on the importance of spending time within green and blue spaces
