The role of Talent Development Manager within Clinical Professionals, reporting into the MD, was to recruit, on-board and retain employees (primarily Recruitment Consultants), providing stand-alone HR service to the business. The company grew from circa 35 heads when I joined to 60+ on my departure. I held responsibility for; payroll, performance management, disciplinary and grievance, personal development, reviews and appraisal, training needs analysis and training delivery.

Key Achievements; Reduced cost of hire in FY 2010/2011 to save £240k. Opened office in Paddington through creating and executing on strategy with FD, Virtual HRD and CEO. Production of robust business reporting process to enable weekly, monthly and quarterly business strategy performance reviews, HR specific; cost per hire, recruitment ROI, employee PDP performance, retention analysis, engagement levels

Developed and executed recruitment strategy in line with budget to achieve target growth plans; Employee on-boarding to include 5 stage development plan creation in collaboration with Head of Sales and Directors. Employee engagement, incentive plans and events. Key Achievements; Worked closely with CEO to execute offices openings in Berlin and Lille (extensive travel for localised recruitment strategy execution, supplier management, localised employment law network). Assisted in creation of 5 stage development program and gained company endorsement by the ISMM to enable employees to gain Industry recognised qualifications.
