Working with the close-knit Junction team to deliver a comprehensive, free and local publication. Junction showcases the Puhoi to Waipu region, just north of Auckland and is distributed locally, through select Auckland locations and online.

Organiser and creator of this unique event. I am responsible for all publicity and promotion of the event, sponsorship and advertising, social media strategy/content, event branding, radio interviews, press releases, collateral design, limited edition artists book/map design, implementing new ideas and initiatives for improving the event for both customers and vendors, all venue management etc.Each event is totally curated and vendors are hand selected to be part of the day.

- Account Management of 8 of the Fonterra brands (Anchor NZ, Mainland Cheese, Piako Gourmet Yoghurt, De Winkel Yoghurt, Symbio, Fonterra Grassroots Fund, Primo, Anchor Fast Start) and Schwarzkopf- Write/create all content for all pages according to the Social Media Strategies- Provide input into creating/delivering responses to client briefs and new product launches.- Create accurate job cost estimates and manage budget distribution for retainer vs. promotion job costs and ensure jobs are delivered on time within budget.- Manage all day-to-day client liaison across the brands with the respective Brand Managers.- Attend weekly WIP’s with clients and provide insight on the pages as well as page development/ideas.- Weekly insight reports to clients for all pages and include recommendations/initiatives to implement.- Recommending ad spend for the pages and specific posts etc. to the clients and briefing in the media buying agency and managing this process.- Assist with the 3 month strategy reviews across all pages as they arise.- Assist with business development and recognise opportunities with existing clients to grow the business.- Provide coaching and direction to the Account Executives and support them in any way I can.

- Managing production of all orders company wide (managing an average of 60 at any one time and over 90 in our busiest months of Sept/Oct/Nov)- Account Management of General/Web-based clients (40% of Crippz total business) including all support/administration such as sample ordering, order processing, quote follow up, invoicing etc. - Proposals and quotes for all General/Web-based clients from product sourcing to branding, ensuring the proposals fulfil their creative briefs, budgets and timeframes.- Liaising with all clients directly in regards to order process for sign off, art approval etc. - Ensuring all deadlines/budgets are met and clients are kept informed throughout.- Supplier selection and implementing systems to ensure our standards are met and our deadlines are a priority- Liaising with suppliers, branders, freight companies etc. to deliver jobs on time- Internal reporting and management of workflow, sales targets and KPI’s- Graphic Design for both internal and external clients- Creative input of promotional items with clients and discussing their needs to upcoming events- Assistance with the Business Development Manager during client meetings providing technical knowledge and creative input when securing new business.Awarded Bronze for the APPA 2013 Awards in the Distributor Self Promotion category for the 'Crippz Fresh Brand Pack'.
