Licensed Sales Professional
Florence, Kentucky, United States
In addition to writing new policies and endorsing existing policies, I manage much of the day-to-day operations at the agency. I am tasked with legal documentation compliance (i.e. rejection of PIP torts, Un/Underinsured Motorist Coverage selection, Undisclosed Drivers, and verifying Insurable Interest), understanding how the Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act’s play into insurance transactions and preventing fraud, home inspection remediation tactics, billing solutions, and technical support for some of our online and telemetric applications. As the Office Manager, I assist the agency owner in the hiring process and provide on-boarding and training of new employees. I manage and submit time sheets for unlicensed associates, providing feedback, and participating in annual reviews. Continuous training is a big part of this responsibility. In addition to submitting LSP's for binding authority and monitoring their compliance with Allstate for Kentucky, Ohio, and Texas, I am tasked with partnering with local vendors to procure CE opportunities for our licensed roles. I also create original slide shows and 5 Minute Fact Sheets to share with the other members of our agency at a level which is appropriate to their job type. A good deal of this position involves utilizing analytics to determine agency performance. I create sales LEAD lists and provide weekly feedback on where we stand territorially in regards to completed sales, new customer onboarding, and cross selling opportunities. I make recommendations on how we can improve via customer touch points. Working knowledge of Allstate's systems, including Alliance, Agency Gateway, DASH, Hearsay Social/Relate, Ivantage Quoting Platform, Life Sales Central, Web Service Requests, MYRIAD, eAgent, Lead Activity Tool, Legal T-Docs, Target and Grow, IPS/Easy Pay/Recurring Credit Cards, Allstate Flood, KY FAIR Plan, and ABI Applications.
