• Managed Dillard’s private label packing, in Men’s, Women’s, Children’s, Intimates, Accessories, and Jewelry. • Served as “expert” on all Packaging Matters to include: -Specifications of packaging (hangtags, woven labels, heat transfer labels, poly bag packaging, gift boxes, etc): stock weight, type, trim types, color matching for packaging between different substrates, etc. • Specifications on hangers: complying with VICS standards, served as contact for both private label and non-private label for company hanger compliance rules. • Served as primary contact for all packaging, & hanger manufacturers. -Aided in setting up new packaging companies with Dillard’s systems to make sure they were compliant with Dillard’s T & A and RSL List. • Managed, Lead & Supervised team of Packaging Designers to ensure creation of quality packaging designs per our “in-house customers” specifications. • Worked cross-functionally with the Quality Manager & Fabric Manager to ensure claims are certified & tested. • Communicated with vendors to ensure all packaging concerns were resolved

Input new fabrics into Dillard's library, and additionally resolved/answered any queries while the Fabric Manager was traveling. • Additionally, member of the Children's Safety Committee to ensure proper execution of design/techniques. Ensuring the safety of the child with all Dillard's children's private label clothing products.• Worked with factories and mills on Dillard's behalf to ensure proper color correction and matching protocalls were being followed.• Holds a superior score on the Munsell Color Test.

• Designed girls sportswear, outerwear, and accessories 2-6x and 7-16 for the private label, Copper Key Girls, over 40 million dollars of product annually.• Grew and stabilized core programs. • Designed children's accessories and aided in design of outerwear, and boys swim. • Responsible for children's accessories, with the final approval by the designer of the area, for researching the market, coming up with designs, preparing spec/technical/design packages, and communicating with overseas vendors via email. The children's accessory categories include, but are not limited to: girls panties, hats, purses, hairbows/ties/clips, dress socks, Christmas socks, belts, AND boys boxers, pajama bottoms, ties, belts, socks, underwear AND infants summer hats, hairbows/clips, socks.• For children's outerwear was solely responsible for the girls dressy wool program. • I was also given specific lines to design for boys swimwear in which I prepared all CADS, design/spec packages, and completed all bill of materials.
