Global program management, focusing on innovation in topics of farm group strengthening, data to support farm and farm group insights, cooperative professionalization, systemic and individual behavior change, regenerative agricultural practices, GAP for cocoa, coffee and tea farming. Highlight of this time was moving from multiple on-farm data collection and Digital Internal Management System pilots to designing the Rainforest Alliance's Farm Intelligence Platform and accompanying training program which is now available at no cost to Rainforest Alliance smallholder farm groups.

Designed, developed and managed organization's first innovative project(s) utilizing ICT to deliver training, collect farm data and strengthen farmer groups across a network of 1.3 million producers; Project management and technical advisor for global projects on farm and farm group strengthening, collection and use of data to drive farm level improvement; Supported leadership in development of long-term programmatic offerings and strategic plans; Developed training materials for farmers and their trainers on RASAS 2017, focusing on good agricultural practices; Convened and supported the launch of the Accountability Framework initiative to help companies deliver on deforestation related supply chain commitments; Clarifying and consolidating the organizations knowledge base for work on water conservation, quality and WASH projects.

Oversaw faculty, staff and student sustainability programs, projects and campaigns; managed engagement strategies for the Office of Sustainability, with a focus on mechanisms for behavior change; Program development, design, implementation and management; Provided leadership and guidance to a university-sanctioned multi-stakeholder body on a wide range of environmental topics including water, climate, transportation and waste; Designed and conducted program-wide operational analyses; Data collection, monitoring and evaluation of core programs (via GHG reduction, waste diversion, etc); Planned and executed recurring sustainability events

Worked on start up phase of USAID funded program Sustainable and Thriving Environments for West African Regional Development (STEWARD), which focused on biodiversity conservation, WASH, climate change adaptation and mitigation in Sierra Leone, Liberia, Cote D'Ivoire and Guinea. Specific focus on development of a behavior change matrices for the program's monitoring and evaluation framework, curriculum and country-specific situational analysis on environmental topics.

Supported county-wide GHG inventory and climate action plan development for local associations of government. Conducted research on solar technology and state and local incentives for private and public sector stakeholders. Event planning and coordination with local utility, solar energy and sustainable technology providers. Other research and report support on variety of environmental topics as needed based on consultancy clientele.

Facilitated working team contributions on themes of sustainability entrepreneurship and innovation for several international development projects in partnership with Virgin Unite, lead development of feasibility assessment for the implementation of REDD in Sierra Leone. Supported course and curriculum development for sustainability graduate course and guest lecture series, leading review sessions on a range of environmental topics

Worked at various sites in the Juvenile Court and Community School Division. Assisted in developing curriculum, preparing course objectives and organizing related materials for grades K6-12. Counseled and taught students on core material and provided one-on-one assistance and accommodated for special needs when necessary.
