I’ve gained vast knowledge, irreplaceable experience, and a deep understanding for operations at various venues. The underlying principle that I’ve found applies to all- the key to success is teamwork, communication, and collaboration. We all learn from each other and every employee has something different to offer. As a leader it is one of my goals to figure out people’s strengths and while still ensuring that they continue progressing, enhance the company by bringing out their personal strengths or using their knowledge to contribute to the company. By understanding co-workers strengths and weaknesses a leader is able to give positive and effective direction, which benefits not only the employee, but the client as well.
