Identified and contacted prospects while maintaining utmost relations with current members, all while selling and re-selling memberships. I would assist in billing and would receive and resolve questions, complaints and problems. I assisted the General Managers and was Acting Manager on duty. I also maintained the location’s online presence through class listing, registration and was in charge of updating the children’s seasonal program booklet.

I organized and oversaw the nursery, pool, children’s classes and camps. I developed and submitted proposals and budgets for camps and classes and marketed in order to promote our youth programming. I supervised over 30 staff, held weekly meetings and was responsible for interviews, hires and dismissals. I maintained a positive atmosphere and exhibited enthusiasm conducive to club goals and customer satisfaction objectives. I evaluated staff regularly to determine if mutual expectations were being met.

Responsibilities included opening the restaurant every morning and closing down register at the day's end. I provided a friendly, respectful and attentive atmosphere for the customers and was knowledgeable about each dish on the menu. I was required to and succeeded at selling and up-selling menu items, and I also started and maintained a recycling program still in use at the restaurant today.

Selling and leasing apartments and town homes was one of my top priorities. Also, I created and maintained relationships with current and prospective residents for over 1,000 units and provided daily tours on multiple complexes. I managed the company’s advertising by maintaining their online presence and compiling marketing materials. I also handled, organized and prepped various legal documents and shared responsibility for finances (i.e.: processing rent, application fees, deposits, and invoices). In my time there, I was consistently in the top five out of 40 consultants and earned the top spot for two consecutive months.

My main priorities involved maintaining care and safety of patrons and the pool area at all times. I cleaned and organized pool deck and office and retained current CPR and Lifeguard certifications. I also attended and participated in regular in-services and would also teach swim lessons.
