My background spans human resources, quality control, and more, allowing me to adapt and excel in various environments.One of my most rewarding experiences was working as a First Mate on a Lake Michigan charter boat, spending weekends navigating the complexities of King Salmon fishing. The role demanded precision and adaptability—balancing factors like water temperature, lure selection, boat speed, and trolling patterns to deliver successful catches for our customers and captain. It taught me to strive for perfection while maintaining strong customer service and, of course, developing solid sea legs!
