Responsibilities : Responsible in over all responsibilities for all production workcompleted by the design team and for providing the strategic direction for the department in advancing the organisation to its potential..INCLUDES.>Inspiring creativity throughout all design work.>Ensuring that all design work is completed to the highest standard.>Working with the production director to produce key performance indicators that provide a holistic & balanced view of the team.>Overseeing the personal Design of all team members including perpormance appraisals (including code reviews),and monitoring succession planing.>Ensuring that working processes (planing ,testing,& documentation etc.)are eficient & adhered to by the design team.>Making recomendation for process improvements demostrating regular audits and necessary amendments .>Ensuring that the Design Department is aware of trends & improvements in both techniques & technology that are relevant to the business & assessing which will contribute to the business & its clients.>Line management of the Design team.>Quality control and improvment of depatmental output.>Maintain communication and relationships beetween Design and other departments within Redweb.

Responsible in handling orders designing customized shoes pattern making, shoe and upper making sewing And etch. For different kinds of shoes like sandals, wedge, heels, flats, boots, casual, utility shoes, nursingMilitary shoes orthopedic shoes and etch….

Responsible in shoe and upper making design and pattern making ,prototype and shoe last making,Casting,Shoe last mold making sourcing of materials .for costumers that has foot problems and sensitive foot.

Responsible in Footwear Designing and development pattern making and prototype making start on design pattern, upper making, sewing , lasting and sole making for Flats, High heels, wedges, sandals ,High fashion sandals and Boots for Ladies.

Responsible in prototype making start on design pattern, upper making, sewing , lasting and sole making for casual shoes, steel toe, boots, sandals ,wedges) for Men, Women and children shoes samples.

Responsible in Footwear Designing and Pattern Making development and production management of shoes (casual shoes, steel toe, boots, sandals ,wedges) for Mens, Womens, Kids

Develop Footwear pattern and design for local Market (Casual High Fashion, Boots, Stiletto, Office shoes, Sandals, Dress/Formal, Wedge). For ladies and teens .

Pattern maker and sample or prototype maker for school shoes and casual shoes for teens , kids small kids and toddlers . .

Designing logo’s for shirt and shoe label’s. hand sketch and manual drawings.
