 Responsible for the day-to-day operations of build sites, including leading and managing crew leaders, and future/current homeowners on specific construction tasks.  Deliver consistent and high quality work utilizing industry standard methodologies and materials. Coordinate with Project Manager on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering. Monitor and supervise sub-contractors on the site. Ensure build site has tools and materials needed for day’s task Responsible for taking deliveries of materials and supplies; ensures all tools and materials are maintained and safeguarded. Review and offer suggestions to the project manager's schedule and implement with little or minimal direction. Adhere to safety policy and practices, and create a positive and encouraging work atmosphere. Available after hours, as is reasonable, for emergencies.

Digitally edit audio pieces Update & upload audio materials to station website Isolate, edit and creatively produce promos for the station using audio from station radio shows Voice and produce commercial, spec spots, promotional announcements from start to finish as assigned Record air checks as needed for sales and promotions Record talent, clients and studio guests for production purposes Work with the sales, traffic, promotions and programming staff as needed Complete any projects assigned by Program Director Be creative with work; make commercials sound cohesive with the particular station it is being produced for Dub music or spots from CD, TAPE, MP3, or Digital media  Responsible for board operations of live and/or pre-recorded shows Produce in-house productions of radio elements and plugs. Scriptwriting and translations of the brief details sent by clients to be produced as commercials for radio. Coordinates with radio talents and scheduling of voice over recordings. A voice over talent of TAG 91.1

 Attends to daily tasks related to installation, testing and commissioning of core services; fiber to the home (FTTH). Assists in more complex tasks related to the integration of core services elements (FTTH)/ systems as per contractual specifications. Takes delivery of equipment at site and carries out the physical verification of packaging; attends to the movement, storage, rack preparation and erection tasks under supervision and guidance of superiors. Assists in the resolution of minor issues/concerns as required. Monitor and manage technician productivity. Coordinate and arrange for appropriate staffing. Prepare reports on service calls and customer satisfaction. Help improve deficiencies and build on the strengths of individual performers. Receive and resolve complex or sensitive customer complaints and appeals. Ensure that team receives the appropriate training required to be successful in their roles. Ensure all employees have the proper tools, identification, uniforms, communications equipment. verify that work areas are safe.
