The front of house position as part of a dynamic and customer-orientated front-line team to ensure the effective coordination of all visitor services in the Carriageworks’ public spaces. Reporting the Front of House Managers, as well as working closely with the Visitor Experience Manager and Production Team, I assist visitors through the provision of front of house services and audience management, ticketing support, ushering, cloaking and guest interaction.
