Compassionate Leadership is a personal and professional passion, which I channel into compassionate workplace and implicit bias trainings both at work and in my community. Having a long work history in small business I am accustomed to wearing multiple hats leading to skills that cover a wide spectrum including HR compliance, training development, vendor relations, various styles of customer and guest services, project and event planning, and leadership. I embrace challenge and changes while balancing long term goals. I love collaborative teamwork. I am an exceptionally quick learner and have a unique ability to adapt quickly to various cultures, personality types, and expectations. In my personal life I am deeply connected to my community and believe in being an engaged citizen. I currently serve as Vice Chair on the board for the Whitefish Convention and Visitors Bureau. My husband, two daughters, and I cherish our time together whether it's at a lake in the summer or cozy inside our house making delicious meals, playing with Legos, and watching movies. My husband and I made the choice to leave city life for my small hometown in 2015 and appreciate all that we've gained being in a connected community while still missing the cultural and culinary delights urban environments have to offer.
