From an early age, I was immersed in the world of hospitality near Yosemite, and it quickly became more than just a profession—it became a fundamental part of my life. Starting at the age of 12, I actively engaged in every aspect of hotel operations, from guest interactions to the finer points of property management. These experiences ingrained in me a profound understanding of what it takes to create exceptional guest experiences.Transitioning into the tech sector, I spent a decade as the right hand to founders in early-stage startups. This role gave me a unique perspective on efficiency and innovation, skills I realized were equally crucial in the hospitality industry.This blend of hands-on hospitality knowledge and my experience in shaping startup operations inspired the creation of GuestOS.
