Currently, I am focused on the continuous improvement and management of enterprise ITSM, CRM, and reporting systems for Cognizant’s Microsoft Business Group. I love serving as a bridge between business and technology and working in tightly knit, cross-functional agile teams that make everyone their most productive.From my early days as an information architect and content strategist, I’ve always known that it’s all about the user experience.
