• Assisting Loan Consultants process loan applications, including data entry, ordering valuations, pricing requests, uploading, scanning and copying as required.• Collating, managing and verifying application supporting documents.• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to compile and follow up supporting documents for preparation of applications.• Following up lodgements, processing discharges and organising settlements.• Maintaining client files in CRM/Database.• Prioritising tasks, diary management, email management and follow up actions in timely manner• Provide ongoing professional client support post-approval and settlement.

• Knowledge of conveyancing procedures (purchase and sales), handling multiple legal documents simultaneously and precisely, conducting searches, arranging financial adjustments and ensuring that the transfer process complies with relevant laws and regulations.• Arranging registration of plans for subdivision.• Collating paperwork and submitting applications for first home owner grants.• Creating and maintaining client information in the company database.• Keeping track of deadlines and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed on time, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.• Being responsive and approachable to address client concerns, ability to communicate clearly and effectively and maintain positive relationships with clients.• Collaborating and liaising with other professionals such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other legal professionals involved in the transaction to ensure a seamless process.
