Directed and managed due diligence and entitlements for residential and mixed-use projects, setting the pace for the production over 500 new residential units. Established role as company's prime contact for public and private stakeholder coordination. Engaged consultants and negotiated contracts with design/engineering professionals and attorneys.

Responsible for the creation of approximately 400 units of affordable housing units throughout the City of Philadelphia through the management, planning and closing of authority sponsored and financed redevelopment projects. Affordable asset types included multi-family LIHTC, multi and single-family workforce housing initiatives and supportive commercial and retail economic development projects.Managed all due-diligence of Authority sponsored development projects, including but not limited to asset disposition, title entanglements, restrictive covenants, pre-development and development follow-up and strategic support, and community and extensive governmental outreach.Led Authority condemnation of privately held real estate in support of city community and economic development projects.Responsible for developing and deploying strategic community re-investment driven RFP’s and RFQ’s in support of the Authority’s strategic plan.Led Authority community stakeholder outreach and politically sensitive project communication.Led and managed all GIS and land asset software programming and initiatives on behalf of Authority leadership.Key Project Experience: Logan Neighborhood Plan, Folsom Powerhouse by Postgreen, Lower Eastwick Public Land Strategy, Marshall Street Workforce Housing, Eastern Tower Community Center, Nicole Hines Townhomes, Germantown YWCA Rehabilitation, 800-30 Vine Street Project, Village Square on Haverford, Ridge Flats at 4300 Ridge Avenue

Provided planning services for local and regional master planning initiatives and Atlanta area development policies. Provided drafting, space planning and programming services for the maintenance and design of new and existing city-owned facilities -- along with overall assistance to the department's daily operations.
