Associate, Event Planner
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to provide maximum budgetary flexibility
- Plan events including National Sales Conferences, Due Diligence meetings, client conferences/seminars, roadshows, internal initiatives and client entertainment/sporting events
- Collaborate with marketing, sales management and branding/design to develop event strategies, including, agendas, marketing materials, signage and décor in order to leverage current marketing/sales initiatives and.
- Act as on-site event lead, doing do by preparing and managing event operations schedule/event staffing documents
- Manage event logistics, including hotel room blocks, group travel, airport/train transportation, event space reservations, food and beverage, etc.
- Established and enforced standard operating procedures and best practice guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable FINRA guidelines
