As a Staff Engineer at International Elevator & Equipment Inc., my focus on elevator and escalator design and planning involves developing and designing new elevator/escalator systems that are safe, reliable, and efficient. This includes creating detailed engineering drawings, conducting site visits to assess building requirements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all design specifications are met.In addition to this, I am responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of elevator systems, ensuring that they comply with local codes and regulations. I also provide technical support to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting any issues during installation or maintenance.To ensure project success, I work closely with other departments such as sales, project management, and customer service to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that project timelines are met. My goal is to deliver high-quality elevator systems that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
