Ensure compliance with nanotechnology, green chemistry, Prop 65 initiatives. Review raw ingredients and all incidentals to remove all parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, and petrolatum. Direct fragrance and key ingredient selection, manage vendors and manufacturers in all aspects of formula development. During the development process, I ensure international regulatory compliance with EU 2013, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, ASEAN countries, and many other international markets.Once all brands are ready to launch, I compile GMPs, notarize Certificates of Free Sale, and source PIFs/all other international documentation needed for timely launches. Work with Responsible Person in EU to create safety assessments and PIF preparation in order to hit target launch dates for EU 2013. Manage projects with all departments of Freeman Beauty, including Global Business Development and National Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Finance.

Assist Director of Product Development with market research, including consumer and clinical testing. Liaise between sales, operations, and product development departments to ensure that all internal teams and third party distributors are informed and ready for successful new product launches. Conduct thorough product audits to ensure that all brands meet international regulatory standards. Manage timelines for national and international ship-to-trade dates.
