As the CASA Supervisor for Bonner and Boundary Counties, my primary role is to equip our amazing team of advocates with the tools they need to successfully represent and advocate for children involved in CPS cases. I strive to recognize and develop each Advocates skills and strengths so as to match children in need with the best possible advocate. Partnering with multiple community agencies including law enforcement, child protective services, attorneys and judges, I work to improve outcomes for at-risk children in the North Idaho Region.

As Marketing Manager for Astute Business Solutions, my role is to manage our content marketing program by sharing how Astute uses innovative, practical, and cost-effective methods to assist clients in implementing Oracle enterprise business applications (on premise and Cloud). Networking with key individuals in the industry, I establish and maintain partnerships with the purpose of helping businesses of all sizes to simplify and maximize returns on investment. I am responsible for content on www.beastute.com as well as blog posts, press releases, case studies, whitepapers, and other published marketing collateral. I assist in organizing and executing several events each year and represent the company at many of these functions.

Upon joining Minerva in 2011, I became responsible for maintaining and updating the coorpoarate website, arranging tradeshows and company meetings, and tracking progress for field deployments. I also set up customer training webinars, organized tradeshows, created press releases and other marketing collateral and facilitated industry recognition by securing speaking engagements for company execs and customers.On the field operations side, I tracked all customer software installation projects, ensuring that all required documentation was collected and provided feedback to management via detailed excel reports on customer installation status, dependencies, scheduling risks and other key data.

As Office Manager for the Monterey branch, I was responsible for maintaining the team's internal website through Sharepoint, tracking sales and quotas, and creating sales materials such as drink menus, sales sheets and customer business reviews. I managed all hotel bookings and contracts in our region for suppliers, customers and personnel. I also sold wine at wine tastings and participated in various industry events.

As a conference producer, I was responsible for conference program development including topic viability research, agenda development, speaker recruitment, and the writing of corresponding marketing materials. Other responsibilites include on-site management of the event and webinar production.

As a staff writer for a small newspaper, I had a wide variety of responsibilities including developing article topics, conducting interviews, photography, research, and writing corresponding articles on deadline. In addition, I also did proofreading/editing and layout using both Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. This job required excellent interpersonal skills and interviewing abilities as well as an ability to work under pressure and write compelling and factually accurate material quickly.

Duties for this position included supervision and training of receptionist, AR and AP using Quickbooks, customer relations, production of company website using FrontPage, organization of company files, and writen and oral communications with investors. This position required an ability to multi-task constantly.
