Material Control- Responsibilities include receiving material, verifying material, and staging material to a location, pulling the schedule, releasing jobs, pulling and issuing material, and staging machines. I also use the saw to cut material to size for CNC machines. Operating vista,Microsoft word and excel.

Picker.picking parts for distribution,wire shop,and mechanical assembly.stocking all parts when finished for stock.receiving parts that come in or when finished from wire shop and mechanical assembly into the computer find location then put in stock until ready to ship

Running labeler,box erector,packer,changing over standup unit packer heads,lanes,pack west capper and torquer machine and depalitizer.making sure line ran efficiently to keep scrap low and to maintain all machines

Running 4-5 single spindle screw machines Making NAS42 and NAS43 aerospace fasteners making sure correct measurements then cleaning and put up in stock until ready for distribution
