Administration Assistant - Accounts
Current- Accounts Payables and Receivables.- Entering invoices and data into accounting platform.- Weekly Payroll, including commissions, allowances, and reimbursements.- Preparing new employee documents (Letter of Offer).- Updating employee information in payroll system, including entering and terminating employees.- Communicating with creditors, debtors, customers, and staff at other sites regarding accounting or payroll enquiries.- Processing financial transactions (e.g. creditor payments, customer refunds).- Bank reconciliation.- General administration duties and assisting Company Accountant, General Manager and Managing Director.Software Programs Used:- Titan Dealer Management Solutions- Unipay- Microsoft Office
