At Geronimo, I was responsible for managing the website content of dealership businesses for Honda and Ford in Switzerland. My primary goal was to deliver marketing and content management to drive sales and service leads with each of their dealership businesses.This involved building close business relationships with different dealerships in the Swiss market. This also included supporting customers with new content ideas and inspiration, technical support, review of their data and results and structured forward planning and record keeping.

At Recipero, I helped to plan, develop and execute marketing and internal communications campaigns across various media channels, including copywriting and image creation for social media posts. I reviewed the success of campaigns through Google Analytics and Hootsuite data to inform a new approach to social media and email campaigns. In addition, I also supported the business with event planning and creating event materials, as well as developing landing pages for their suite of websites.

As a Copywriter, I wrote SEO focused content for blogs and websites across a whole range of topics. This included researching factually correct resources, keyword research and writing according to strict client briefs.I wrote articles of various lengths (from 500 words to 10,000 words) in a range of niches, including food/drink, photography, marketing, ecommerce, business, human resources, animals/pets, L&D, online courses, outdoor gear, finance, law, travel, fitness and gardening. I also wrote exclusively for individual clients in the healthcare and supplement space.During busy trading periods, I also worked in other teams to help with proofreading, editing, uploading and formatting content for client websites to meet tight deadlines.

As Digital Media Marketing Specialist I was responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the digital media strategy and executing it for the Vita Group. I worked on a range of ad-hoc marketing projects and supported and assisted the divisions of the Group.

As passionate writer, I know exactly what it feels like when you have written a book and you are not quite sure what to do next. As publishing assistant I managed the full publication process of a number of titles for the publisher Aeon Books. This involved liaising closely with authors, editors, typesetters, designers, website developers and printers, project managing each title as per planned schedule. Together with an eye for details for the proofreading and editing process, I also advised designers on covers as well as designing catalogues and leaflets myself.

As Senior Marketing Coordinator I plan Beck’s marketing strategy and implement all marketing campaigns in line with new product launches and Beck’s business strategy. As well as day-to-day copywriting, email design and social media campaigns, I also create a large variety of sales collateral, including leaflets, product packaging design and brochures. I also liaise with Beck’s PPC agency for all paid marketing campaigns. As a PRINCE2 certified team member, my role also involves project management across the business for product development, new market discoveries and business development.

As Digital Marketing Manager I planned and implemented SofaSofa’s marketing strategy. This involved strategic copywriting on web pages and blog, SEO improvements, Email strategy, design and content delivery, social media campaign planning and content delivery. I also closely worked with their marketing agency for all paid marketing activities, and with their development agency to improve website functionality and user experience.

As Ecommerce Co-ordinator I manage all elements of design, technical development and administration of the RSPB shop website. This includes creating new engaging content to drive traffic to the website, improve the customer experience and support new website projects.

I am responsible for online user experience development across European websites for both Mimeo and vertical market products. In addition to this I maintain online and offline content in line with different market requirements. Key achievements:-• Mimeo (Learning and Development Market): Implementation of an improved user experience targeted at increasing conversion. • Mimeo (Education Market): Website re-design aimed at tailoring the on-line user experience in line with specific German market requirement.• Sales Process Redesign: Review and re-design of improved sales support materials aimed at delivery of a clearer sales and marketing message.

As an ecommerce executive, this role included project management, website development, content management, creative design and copywriting for a range of markets. Key achievements:- • Marketing Lead Ecommerce Programme: Full responsibility for the design, testing and implementation of website functionality and content . The scope of my role included managing and prioritizing activity for a 3rd party IT development team. • Copywriting, Content Management and CMS Training: Day-to-day responsibility for the maintenance of content across the German, English, Dutch and French websites.• Concepts, Creative Design & Coding for web pages: Responsible for the creation of new web pages, utilizing HTML5 and CSS3I, to ensure optimized SEO performance for all marketing campaigns.• Campaigns – Market insights: Single point of contact between marketing teams and translation agencies and ensuring accurate translations and transcreations of all German copy.

As an Editorial Assistant, my work at Blue and Green involved copywriting, creative design and page layout. The role also included working with advertising clients and web designers. Key achievements:- • Copywriting – Translation – Content creation & Management: Supported the launch of the new German magazine providing translations of English language articles, innovative German language copywriting and content management for the German and English websites.• Creative Design for websites & Magazines: Full end-to-end responsibility for website and magazine layout from initial design through to final layout to printers and digital issue onto the website• German Client Support: As a German native I was the first point of call for German clients, advertisers and other enquiries.

This translation role for Rosetta Stoned was based on a fixed term contract in a busy period for the company. I provided German translations, transcreations and localisation for a range of print and other media formats for different market sectors in Germany.
