Prepare script, contact sheet, online share space, and scheduling ahead of first production meeting, auditions, and first read of the script. Maintain safety of cast and crew throughout rehearsal and production with coordinating with the Front House Manager in adherence to the security and safety requirements of the locations. Create a rehearsal space that gives the layout of the set and coordinate with designers and directors on rehearsal needs. Coordinate with designers for Tech Rehearsal needs including a costume parade. Set up and break down for rehearsals and shows, including refreshments, calling late actors, arranging props and set pieces, and sending reports to designers and crew. Maintain director's vision after Tech Rehearsal and materials for the show. Ensure after the show is complete that all loaned props and costumes are returned in good condition, set is struck, and the theatre clean.

Checks ticket information, ensures the safety of customers, provides information about venue and performance. Maintains cleanliness and order of theatre and aids in duties of box office.
