After working in the Medical Industry for 7 years, in roles such as Clinic Administration and Clinic Management, I studied at UWA doing a double degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations. Since graduating I worked in the recruitment space for a large construction company and now work for Bluewaters Power Services in a HR Officer role.I enjoy the vast knowledge that I have acquired in both of these roles so far! I have a passion for making connections with people and helping them reach their potential while guiding their employment process and careers from beginning to end. This passion has driven me to want to strive towards a career in Human Resource/ Employment Relations, to be able to work with and encourage employees in the company and implement HR/ER procedures. I strive to also make connections and build relationships in my workplace and always encourage positive workplace experiences.
