CurrentDevelop and implement agricultural commodity marketing plans for clients based on financial situation and other operational factors utilizing futures, options, and elevator contracts. The core of what I do is build relationships and trust with all stakeholders (client, their lender, business partners, etc.) to ensure buy-in through good communication, active-listening, tailored education, and solid financial logic. • Be an objective third party. Help define issues, problems and opportunities that clients face. Listen well to understand the issues. Make recommendations as appropriate to fit the situation.• Develop and implement dynamic marketing plans for clients, taking into consideration their individual situations• Provide measurable value to my client’s farm entity• Maintain client records. Develop cash flow statements and break evens for each crop marketed.• Develop confidence and trust with clients to build strong partnerships• Provide educational assistance on marketing tools
