In the field of Applied Linguistics, my research interest lies in three main areas: SLA, Pragmatics, and Phonology. My current focus is on L2 Phonology, with a particular emphasis on Korean, and the use of technology for language learning. I am also actively engaged in promoting diversity within academia through the advocacy of southernizing our practices and scholarship.
