With over 12 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector, I am passionate about developing and engaging the next generation of leaders and professionals. With the diverse and talented team at Standard Chartered Bank, I design, deliver, and evaluate the student attraction, recruitment and on-programme initiatives that support the learning and growth of our interns and graduates.I launched the first DE&I focussed Early Careers Programme at Standard Chartered (Spring Insight Week), which focusses on supporting students of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. I am also the co-chair for the UK Generations employee resource group, supporting parents and carers within the organisation.Previously, I was an Associate Director, Trade & Working Capital and an Assistant Relationship Manager at Barclays Corporate Banking, where I managed and grew a portfolio of clients across various sectors and regions, and contributed to the success and innovation of the trade and working capital products and services, with particular focus on driving new business opportunists. I am driven by the mission of creating positive impact and value for our clients, communities, and colleagues, and I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others in the field.
