Lead Business.NJ.Gov, an initiative that makes it easier for businesses to start and grow in New Jersey. Develop strategy and coach a 35+ person-team on the implementation of multiple civic technology initiatives with a reach to over 6 million users.

The Leadership New York (LNY) program is a competitively-selected, rigorous 175+ hour experiential leadership development program for mid-career and early-executive professionals to develop the personal skills, civic knowledge and a multi-sector network to effectively lead change. Coro is NYC’s premier civic leadership training organization and a community of more than 2,500 alumni with a mission to develop NYC leaders so that all individuals, communities and institutions participate in creating an equitable, just and engaged society.

Developed and managed dozens of public/private and community partnerships with organizations like the National Park Service, City of Miami, and NYC Council. Acted as a consultant designing programs and overseeing their implementation on a range of topics from national memorial policy to climate infrastructure. Projects have been featured in WSJ, Fast Company and the Miami Herald.Led staff and board of directors through medium-term organizational strategy. Restructured the organization's programming to incorporate human-centered design and participatory research methods.Institutionalized process improvements including the introduction of project management software, project management manual, program evaluation, assignment-based hiring, and multi-year project budgeting. Coached and oversaw program team members.

Launched the organization's first multi-year program in new national markets, bringing in $1mm to the organization. Led 5-8 programs annually from program design and contract negotiation to project closeout. Collaborated with health, climate and criminal justice experts, architects and engineers from research institutions, and advocacy groups and firms like Harvard University, Cornell, BIG, ARUP, and the Independent Commission on NYC Criminal Justice and Incarceration Reform. Institutionalized the organization's open innovation practice.

Managed a portfolio of social equity programs and oversaw the implementation of contracts by community partners and colleges. Initiatives focused on community-driven economic development, entrepreneurship, wealth-building, and placemaking. Spearheaded an internal social equity consultancy to support program design for the organization's other industry verticals.

Developed bicycle facilities, neighborhood networks and safety initiatives for the NYC DOT Bicycle Program. Initiated, planned and executed the implementation of bicycle lane infrastructure and bike corrals. Initiated the Queens Blvd 2015 redesign, DOT Commissioner Polly Trottenberg's signature project.
